F45 Fan District & F45 Dumbarton are joining forces and lacing up for more than just a race—we’re running with purpose. As we take on the Monument Avenue 10K, we’re raising awareness and critical funds for VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, supporting groundbreaking research and life-saving treatment.
