It’s been one year since I had a double mastectomy to eradicate cancer and move on with peace of mind and good health. To celebrate my milestone and to thank the amazing Breast Health Team at VCU’s Massey Cancer Center, I signed up for the Monument Ave. 10k with my team, Flat Out. Hey strong lady! I am so proud of you because of how calm and relaxed you have been throughout your experience. I knew you would be an amazing woman the whole time.
